funded by the Community Chest. The operations of our day activity
centre rely heavily on donations.

cash donations made on or after 1 Jan 2002 are double tax-deductible

Making
a donation to COH is easy. Choose your preference below:
Donate by Cheques
Please make cheques payable to ‘Christian Outreach to
the Handicapped’. Indicate your name, NRIC number, contact
numbers and address on the reverse side of cheques.
Donate by GIRO / VISA
(If you would like to give donations on a monthly basis
but VISA can also be used for one time donation) Please
print out the Application
for Interbank GIRO / VISA deduction and mail the
completed form to us. Upon receipt of your application,
we will submit to the bank for approval.
